Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales at Zenith & Rose Co. are final. Due to our immediate production workflows and the nature of our products, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Once your payment is processed, your order immediately enters our fulfillment and production queue. We cannot modify, cancel, or refund orders once they are placed.

Custom Apparel

  • Reprint Eligibility: We offer reprints exclusively for verified print quality defects or print adherence issues.
  • Reporting Window: Contact zenithandhavenroseco@outlook.com within 24 days of delivery.
  • Requirements: Provide your order number and clear photos showing the print issue.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: Because apparel is custom made-to-order, we do not offer monetary refunds or size/style exchanges.

Artisan Body Care

  • Strictly Final Sale: Due to hygiene, safety, and the personal nature of bath and skincare goods, all soaps, body butters, and scrubs are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • No Scent or Preference Returns: We cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on personal scent preferences or accidental item selections.

Damaged, Broken, or Missing Items Policy

Zenith & Rose Co. packages every order with utmost care; however, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or mishandling that occurs during transit once packages are handed over to the carrier.

  • Carrier Claims: If your items arrive broken or are missing from your delivery, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) using your tracking number.
  • Keep Packaging: Retain all original packaging materials, the shipping box, and the broken items, as the carrier will require photographic evidence or physical inspection to process your claim.
